Justin Reich - President & CEO
Mr. Reich is a founding Member and Principal of APX Energy, LLC. Mr. Reich has committed over $50,000,000 to oil and gas related investments in his career, including lease acquisitions, drilling and infrastructure development. In addition, prior to forming APX Energy, he oversaw the economic performance of over 1,800 oil and gas wells, 3 natural gas pipelines, 4 natural gas processing plants and multiple lease acquisition vehicles for a sponsor of oil and gas programs. Mr. Reich has also practiced corporate law in New York City and Buffalo, NY. He has a JD/MBA from State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University.
Jakob Campbell - Vice President & Director of Operations
Mr. Campbell is a founding Member and Principal of APX Energy, LLC. He is a 4th generation oil producer. He is also a co-founder of Campbell Energy, LLC, Campbell Enterprises of Illinois, LLC and Camata Energy, LLC. Campbell Energy and Camata Energy are independent oil and gas operating companies. Campbell Energy is one of the largest oil producers in the Illinois Basin while Campbell Enterprises of Illinois is the largest well service company in the Illinois Basin. Mr. Campbell and his affiliates have serviced over 1,000 wells in the Illinois Basin. In addition, he also sits on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Oil and Gas Association.
David Cohen - Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. Cohen is a founding Member and Principal of APX Energy, LLC. Mr. Cohen is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in corporate securities law and securities litigation. Mr. Cohen has provided transactional legal expertise in connection with over $250,000,000 in oil and gas investments. These transactions include lease acquisitions, drilling activities and infrastructure development. Mr. Cohen has served as general counsel for a sponsor of oil and gas programs and engaged in the private practice of law in Buffalo, NY. Early in his career he served as a staff attorney with the Broker-Dealer Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in the New York Regional Office in New York City. He has a JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Josh Fagan - National Sales Director
Mr. Fagan is the National Sales Director for APX Energy, LLC, and manages the Company’s relationships with selling broker-dealers and registered representatives. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fagan was the National Sales Director for a sponsor of oil and gas programs, and the President of Fagan & Rawlings. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fagan was a registered representative for Raymond James Financial Services. Mr. Fagan holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and is a registered representative of the JCC Advisors, LLC.
Kyle Donnelly - Regional Vice President of Sales
Mr. Donnelly is a Regional Vice President of Sales for APX Energy, LLC, and serves as liaison between the Company and selling broker-dealers. In his career, Mr. Donnelly has participated in raising over $70,000,000 for oil and gas related investments, including drilling and lease acquisitions. Mr. Donnelly holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is a registered representative of JCC Advisors, LLC. Mr. Donnelly is a graduate of Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science specializing in Financial Planning.
